Oil-Free Falafel

2 Cans Chick Peas/Garbanzo Beans

½ Sweet Onion

¼ Finely Chopped Parsley

2 tbsp. Oregano

2 tbsp. All Purpose Flour

1 tbsp. Minced Garlic

2 tsp. Salt

 

Preheat oven to 350. Finely chop onion. Drain and rinse chick peas, then dry on a clean towel. Smash chick peas until crumbly. Knead in parsley, oregano, flour, and garlic. Using an ice cream scooper, place golf ball sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes then enjoy in a wrap with my “Best Hummus Ever” Recipe!
