Creamy Orange Avocado Pesto Pasta
1 lb. Vegan Pasta
The Juice of 2 Oranges
½ Cup Nutritional Yeast
½ Cup Fresh Chopped Basil.
In a blender, combine avocado, orange juice, nutritional yeast, and basil. Process until smooth. Let sit while you cook 1 lb. of Pasta. I recommend a long, thin pasta, like spaghetti, fettuccine, or linguine. Drain Pasta and add sauce. Serve with a side of hearty greens and enjoy!
