St00pid Easy Sofritas

1 lb. Tofu

3 tbsp. Chili Powder

1 tbsp. Garlic Salt

1 tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper

2 tsp. Paprika

2 tsp. Cumin

4 tbsp. Water


Slice tofu into ¼ inch thick “steaks” and dry-fry each side until golden brown in a large non-stick skillet. In a small bowl combine chili powder, garlic salt, crushed red pepper, paprika, and cumin. Whisk with a fork until evenly distributed. Place Tofu on a plate and smash with a fork until it is even broken apart. Add smashed tofu, water, and spice blend into the same skillet. Stir over medium heat until all water has evaporated. Serve inside a taco shell, on a tortilla, or in a salad, and enjoy!
